About AD's
AD’s Construction was founded in 2017 by a young remodeler chasing an opportunity to build something of his own. Little did he know it would lead to a life full of passion, fear, struggles, and triumph.

Adrian Delgado Jr's journey began around 5 or 6 years old playing on his fathers job sites. (His father— a licensed general contractor). With God's grace and invaluble help from dad, Adrian worked his way from Little kid hanging out > trash Laborer > Full scale Remodel tech.
Fast forward to Now 2026 - Adrian oversees a team of people who are operating all aspects of AD's Construction company, such as: Systems, Lead Capturing, Marketing, CRM, Scheduling, Sales, Admin & Accounting, aswell as Field operations, Project management, Installations, and quality control.
Mission
Our focus is on building a strong Team while creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation. We aim to mentor young professionals, invite them to partner with us, and support their growth—whether it’s advancing within our team or one day launching their own business.
Vision
We are focused on being the best Residential Remodeling Company in the world. Not just by words but with action. We may never make it there but we will atleast try.
